Bluesconcert.org wants to provide the Benelux Blues Scene with a user friendly way of getting publicity, booking bands, finding venues and festivals and informing blues fans throughout the Benelux. To keep the site online and up-to-date we are depending on a small group of volunteers. Since the site is growing quickly we need to expand this group. At the moment we are looking for:
Find Gigs!
Our volunteers roam the internet to find new bluesconcerts and festivals. They check band websites, forums and other concert websites and post anything that is not on our agenda yet. Anyone can do this and the more people help us out, the more time we have to extend the information about concerts, festivals and bands. Just register and start posting gigs!
Already a member? Post all gigs that you know of right here!
Find Fans!
It's nice that blues bands and venues visit this site in large numbers (more than half of 150 visits per day), but the real benefit for all of us is creating a bigger fanbase for the blues community. Your fans can have the concert agenda as RSS-feed in windows, google, firefox or any reader that they may be using. Furthermore they can check out what events are coming up in the following period and they can even find their way to the gigs via the google maps link that is attached to each concert. Just send them an email here.
